Acrylic Tow

Our Acrylic Tow produced from SNIA,BPD technology is best suited for excellent running on stretch breaking Tow to Top convertor machines with minimum waste generation and highest productivity in grey as well as dyed form due to the perfect combination of its tenacity and elongation parameters. Our Acrylic Tow is well accepted worldwide as an ideal raw-material for producing ready to use dyed on cone high bulk /non-bulk Acrylic yarns for hosiery and textile applications..

Acrylic Tops in All Deniers

Pasupati supplies Acrylic Tops in all deniers and types such as 100% NS, 100% HS and HB Tops in blend of 50% NS and 50% HS for making all types of hosiery and textile yarns.

Acrylic Tops of Acrylon are easy to blend with other fibres such as Nylon, Wool and Polyester to produce blended yarns for various end uses.

Qualities of Acrylic Fibers

2.0 D and 3.0 D Acrylic Fibre of Pasupati supplied in 51mm, 64mm, 76 mm and variable cut lengths in blend of non-shrinkable and high shrinkable components, offer an ideal choice for processing on cotton spinning system and worsted spinning system for producing high bulk yarns for end uses such as hosiery (sweaters and cardigans), shawls, blankets, ladies and gents dress material for winter, mufflers, gloves etc.

The unique kidney shape cross section of acrylon fibre imparts excellent softness and suppleness to the garments produced from this fibre.3.0 D Semi-Dull fibre of Pasupati has gained acceptance in international markets such as ASIA, EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST, AFRICA and LATIN AMERICA.

Acrylic fibre in fine deniers i.e. 0.9 D, 1.2 D and 1.5 D are ideally suited for producing super soft yarns for hosiery garments.1/20 Ne, 1/24 Ne & 1/40 Ne non-bulk yarns produced from 0.9D, 1.2 D or 1.5 D fibres of Pasupati are considered worldwide as the best raw-material for producing Chennile yarns due to their superior running on Chennile machine. Coarser denier fibres of Acrylon in deniers ranging from 5.0 D to 15.0 D have gained worldwide acceptance for making carpet yarns.

Pasupati’s Gel Dyed Acrylon fiber is far more superior than others in terms of its vibrant colours, brightness, excellent shade uniformity, soft & silky feel, excellent sunlight fastness, washing fastness, rubbing fastness and perspiration fastness properties. Pasuapti’ Gel Dyeing process is backed by strong quality control process which is supported by most modern ROBOTIZED DYE KITCHEN of CIR ITALY, and computerized colour matching system (CCM) of NOSELAB.
